Yg positif dah mula nak start menjual ugama.
Memang perancangan dan rezeki dari Allah tapi kita diberi fikiran akal dan logik. Sudah2 jadi siamang peliharaan keling.

Hari berganti hari, minggu berganti minggu, bulan berganti bulan. Tahun berganti tahun.
Dah kaya ke semua sh. Kih3..
Cukup2lah lah. Hidup alam nyata. Bukan dalam dana ciptaan semata2 utk mengisi tembolok orang yg memanipulasi fikiran manusia.

Assalam… renungan buat semua… apa2 hal pun urusan DANA mana2 pun akan terkait dengan HUKUM HALAL dan HARAM…
• Memahami konsep Islam, matlamat (maqasid) dan sumber-sumber syariah.
• Memahami larangan-larangan dalam muamalat Islam.
• Memahami dan menerangkan peraturan-peraturan kontrak muamalat.
1. Maisir (Perjudian) Maisir bermakna mendapatkan sesuatu dengan terlalu mudah atau memperolehi keuntungan tanpa berusaha. Islam melarang segala bentuk perniagaan di mana keuntungan kewangan diperolehi daripada mencuba nasib semata-mata atau spekulasi dan bukan dari pekerjaan. Tidak seperti gharar yang boleh diterima pada tahap tertentu, maisir tidak boleh diterima sama sekali.
"Wahai orang-orang yang beriman! Bahawa sesungguhnya arak, dan judi, dan pemujaan berhala, dan mengundi nasib dengan batang-batang anak panah, adalah (semuanya) kotor (keji) dari perbuatan Syaitan.Oleh itu hendaklah kamu menjauhinya supaya kamu berjaya. " (Al-Maidah: 90)
2. Gharar (Ketidakpastian) Gharar atau ketidakpastian membuat transaksi tidak sah dalam Islam kerana ia akan menyebabkan berlaku ketidakadilan kapada pihak-pihak yang terlibat.Ini adalah disebabkan kuantiti dan kualiti yang dinyatakan dalam transaksi berkenaan tidak ditetapkan dan tidak diketahui yang boleh menjadikan kontrak tidak sah atau boleh batal. Larangan gharar boleh disimpulkan dari ayat berikut: Maksudnya:
"Wahai orang-orang yang beriman. janganlah kamu makan (gunakan) hartaharta kamu sesama kamu dengan jalan yang salah (tipu, judi dan sebagainya) kecuali dengan jalan perniagaan yang dilakukan secara suka sama suka di antara kamu, dan jangan kamu berbunuh-bunuhan sesama sendiri. Sesungguhnya Allah sentiasa Mengasihani kamu. " (An-Nisaa ': 29)
Larangan transaksi gharar disahkan dalam hadith berikut:
Abu Hurairah ra melaporkan bahawa Nabi Muhammad (saw) melarang transaksi yang ditentukan dengan membaling batu, dan transaksi yang melibatkan sebarang ketidaktentuan. (Riwayat Muslim)
